This section gives detailed guidelines for the office bearers of Majlis Atfālul Ahmadiyya Canada at the Muqami (Majlis), Dila’ (District), and ‘Ilaqa (Region) levels, providing a systematic and easy to understand exposition of their responsibilities. It is essential for every Qa’id Majlis, Murabbī Atfāl, Nāzim or Muntazim Atfāl to ensure fulfilment of these responsibilities.

Secretaries are Tifl or Khadim appointed by Nāzim Atfāl with the approval of Qa’id Majlis to perform various duties relevant to their department at the local Majlis Atfālul Ahmadiyya. All secretaries report directly to Nāzim Atfāl Majlis and Regional Secretary of their respective department, and reports indirectly to National Secretary of their respective department. Also, they are responsible for implementing decisions made by the Nāzim Atfāl and Majlis-e-’Āmila.

Please note that all the secretaries of different departments will be getting trained by assisting Murabbī and Nāzim Atfal in doing these tasks with their respective departments.
